February 15, 201214 yr comment_166228 It used to be on a rolling 25 year rule, but it was stoped in 1998, with cars registered before 1st January 73I remember it well as I was driving my 76 MKIII Cortina at the time and I knew people with cars registered early 73 who were gutted that they missed out by only a few months!It would be great if they re-introduced the rule, but it's a shame they won't make it 25 years again like it used to be!!!
