May 12, 200917 yr comment_106160 hello All Just a quick note to say Hi as im new to this forum ,, ;DI have alwys held a facination for the mk2 cavalier as my old man owned one when i was young a blue 1.6 Levt955y unfortunatly that car has gone to the scrap yard in the sky im looking to purchase a mk2 cavalier as a project after i sell my motorbike any hints what to look for does and donts ? id really like the sri 130 but they are rare ,, have seen a couple on piston heads but not sure...I have owned lots of vauxhalls including 2 gte's gsi astra sri cavs and a calibra.. anyhow hello everyone at mk2cav.com... ! May 12, 200917 yr comment_106161 Hello and welcome.There is always plenty of them for sale so finding one wonn't be a problem unless you go after a calibre.Stuff to look for is really the normal vauxhall list but with special attention on the rear chassis legs. They are the cars real weak point.There is a very clean looking blue 1.6L hatch needing saving in the for sale sectionif you feel the need to get one sonner rather than later http://www.mk2cav.com/forum/index.php?topic=13515.0 What would Gordon do?
