Just a heads up reminder that priority for posted passes will go to those staying for more than one day.

In the event that we become overbooked people attending for just a day maybe receive a loan pass from another member by prior arrangement by admin to get them in and onto the stand depending on demand etc..

seen as i arn't bringing cav do i just ride in, pay the camping etc and set down behind the prementioned tree line?

Passes will be sent out later for people arriving late Saturday or Sunday. Im sure there will be enough to go round but we have to give priority to members doing the whole weekend

Space is a bit tight for a tent that big TBH mate.

just been offered my mums car to come to billing in.....a 1litre nissan micra. either that or my big van. decisions decisions :-\

I think bigger structures are ok - a van or a bigger tent are ok, so long as they dont break up, segregate etc.. and are towards the outer edges of the camping edge of the stand.

got a dome tent that will just about sleep 4 if you want jason?

it ok i got a 3-4 man thing just dug out the other beast as the weather in luton friday saturday evening wasnt very nice was just thinking it a shelter to hide/mix in if it raining
