hey all just new to the site spent the last few days drooling over the mk2 gallery... love these cars but unfortunally never owned one ...yet. my dad has had a few over the years my favourite one he had was a 88` cavalier lx in silver (hatchback)he had it for about 8 years from new i loved that car and he was going to pass it on to myself but it was stolen and destroyed..that car actually got stolen about 4 times when he had it and always got it back until the last time.currently driving a vectra sri but always find myself looking on ebay or autotrader looking for a mk2 cav, may try and get myself one in the summer but are becoming very rare and i`ve not seen a cavalier lx in years...anyway hopefully will get one one day.

Dont worry, they do come up, you just have to be patient, there was a saloon on quite recently that had had a calibre kit put on it, why dont you get and Lx i so that you dont have a frying pan on the engine .

Also looks like we have 2 gregs now that have and want a lx
