The customs woman was a bit taken aback when she looked in the car this morning.

We fit the whole interior (and i mean all of it) in as well as the stuff i already had but he had a blue dash too and there was no way in hell it was going in there. No matter, i didn't really need it.

Spares day yielded some good bargains and a trip up to John on the way home had the car full to the roof! Thanks again mate

OK folks this has been in the planning in the members section for a short while now and seeing as its an informal event everyone is welcome. Its happening on March 7th here http://www.premierinn.com/pti/hotelInformation.do?hotelId=23866 There is a few of us staying over in the hotel and heading to the VBOA spares day on the 8th but it doesn't matter if you book and stay for the weekend or if you just drop in on Saturday for an hour. These things are always a good laugh and its a good opportunity to put some faces to names and have a look at a few cavs.

Little pots of paint like what you use to paint airfix models? They generally dry out much lighter than they look. Other than that have a look through the site and see if you can find a pic of a car in the colour you want, someone will know the name paint code for it. Then go down to halfords and ask them to make you up a touch up bottle in that code, that way you get the exact colour (well near enough being halfords)
